Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to seminar are refundable, minus a $200 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee, which you may apply towards a future seminar. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

In the event of impending weather, other occurrences outside of our control, including terrorism and Acts of God, registrants will be notified of an alternate location or receive credit toward a rescheduled date and location.
