Value Forward Group services are designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subject matter covered. Research data gathered to provide a specific service is obtained through highly reputable sources and reflects a snapshot of time. Clients engaging Value Forward Group are advised that these calculations may be change over the course of time due to various circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the economic environment, addition or reduction of client's services or products, increase or decrease of client's sales force, changes in client's sales model, etc. Services are sold with the understanding that neither author nor the publisher is engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional service. If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional person should be sought.

Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee, which you may apply towards a future workshop. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions must be provided to our office at least one week prior to the seminar.

Minimum Attendance: We reserve the right to cancel the seminar if a minimum of 10 attendees has not be met within 21 days prior to the seminar. All registration fees will be refunded within 24 hours of cancellation. Should Value Forward Group cancel a seminar, attendees will receive complimentary registration to the next scheduled seminar. Value Forward Group will not reimburse for travel cancellation fees.

Testimonials. Value Forward Group receives testimonials from clients from time to time. Some are chosen to be placed on our web sites and marketing materials. We do not supply contact information for these individuals as it is private information but all testimonials are authentic.

Web Site Traffic Analysis. Value Forward Group uses WebTrends Live to analyze traffic to this web site. WebTrends Live does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services WebTrends Live does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. WebTrends Live only collects aggregate data.
